Friday 6th August
Due to the
success of last years trip to the coast we have been asked by parents and
children to arrange one for this Summer. We have decided to visit Cleethorpes on
Friday 6th August. The coach will leave at 9.00am and will be back at Rockingham
at approx 5.30pm. We will also be taking lots of play equipment so we can do
activities on the beach. The holiday club will be closed on this day to allow us
maximum staff cover for the trip.
The
additional cost for this trip will be £7 per child to cover coach travel. Your
child will not need a packed lunch, all food will be provided by us.
All places
will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

NEW FOR SUMMER 2010
Children under the age of
8 now have their own purpose built room with secure outdoor area, Older
children will now have a much larger amount of space with separate dining
facilities. (If children specifically
want to be with friends or relatives of a different age, this can, on
occasions be arranged).
Holiday Club will be held at Rockingham Junior School.
(Map) This provision is open to all children in the 3 to 13 years age
range from any school during school holidays
(not Bank Holidays).
Activities are
planned well in advance and we always ensure appropriate levels of supervision.
In addition to all the usual activities, we may undertake visits to local
amenities.
We advise parents to send their child
with a change of clothes as some of the outdoor activities may involve getting
wet. (staff get even wetter)
Trips are always
very popular and the children really enjoy the experiences we offer. On days
when an outing is planned, Parents/Carers are asked to bring their children in
good time to ensure they have as much time as possible at their destination.
Refunds will not be given to anyone who fails to turn upon time for a trip. Daily Timetable
