How do I know my child will be safe and secure?

All Play Station Clubs are registered and regularly inspected by OfSTED. Checks are carried out on all staff to ensure they are suitable to look after children. At least half of the staff in any club must be qualified. The staff to child ratios are 1 to eight. In addition the premises are inspected for fire safety. You can ask to see the clubs latest inspection reports and registration certificate. Our clubs are currently undertaking Quality Assurance Awards.

When do I pay ?

Payment of fees should be made weekly or monthly, on an agreed day prior to the start of the week or month in question. Individual payment arrangements will be negotiated between the Manager and parents/carers. The Club will be sympathetic to requests for daily payment. Parents/carers wishing to negotiate this or any other alteration to the standard fees policy should arrange a meeting with the Manager at the earliest possible opportunity.
